Notice of an award of damages to a prisoner – Jordan Bennett

In accordance with section 104Y of the Corrections Act 1986 notice is given that an award of damages has been made to former prisoner Jordan Bennett in a claim against the State of Victoria. The award money, excluding legal and medical expenses, has been paid into the Prisoner Compensation Quarantine Fund, where it will be held for an initial period of 12 months from 26 February 2026.
